Ingredients1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp pepitas
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts and macadamia nuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 ripe mashed banana
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Method
Preheat oven 160°C.
In a bowl place the chia, sesame seeds, peptias, sunflower seeds, quinoa, oats, coconut flakes, nuts and spices and mix well.
Add the mashed banana to the mixture and mix well to combine.
Spread mixture evenly onto a tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle over the coconut oil and cook in the oven for 25 mins or til crunchy. Let granola sit in switched off oven for 5mins.
Once cooled store in an airtight container.
